  • Legionella Risk Assessment at a reduced rate
  • Regular updates by either email or phone and monthly statements
  • Notification to utility companies when tenants move in/out
  • Tenant deposit registered with deposit protection scheme
  • We deal with the tenant giving you a hassle-free peace of mind that your property is in safe hands
